Meaning: Armed knight. Probably a heraldic  badge (the knight has lilies on shield - maybe French royal coat-of-arms) or some sort of memento of a important event. It may also be a souvenir for tournament fans supporting certain person (see also pattern 22). Many badges of this kind with different coat-of-arms were found.
