KS-024A Big medieval knife with spike - horn handles
Availability: ON STOCK
Big set consisting of a table knife and spike used for food stuffing, framed in horn and decorated with steel shoulder plates.

Includes hardened in wax leather scabbard with strap.

Dated: 1300-1500

Overall length: 245 mm - knife; 240 mm - spike

Material: hardened steel, horn, brass, leather scabbard.

Source: Archaeological finds from London.

Note: After each use, the knife should be wiped dry and protected from corrosion with preparations based on natural wax or silicone.

Note: Horn and bone framing blades can have lighter or darker discolouration, small scratches or cracks, which, however, in no way affect the functionality and are natural properties of these materials.
